Purchases & Billing All purchases of Overlap Chats subscriptions or credits are processed securely through our payment platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to be charged the listed price.
Refund Eligibility: When a user opens Overlap, it consumes tokens and costs us money, thus refunds are not guaranteed. We generally offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if you have not used the product in any meaningful way (e.g., no sessions initiated, no credits consumed). Refund requests submitted after 3 days, or after active use has begun, are not eligible.

Exceptions Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit bundles. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed; you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
