 Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

Purchases &#38;amp; Billing All purchases of Overlap Chats subscriptions or credits are processed securely through our payment platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to be charged the listed price.

Refund Eligibility: When a user opens Overlap, it consumes tokens and costs us money, thus refunds are not guaranteed. We generally offer refunds within 3 days of purchase if you have not used the product in any meaningful way (e.g., no sessions initiated, no credits consumed). Refund requests submitted after 3 days, or after active use has begun, are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund 
Email us at support@overlapchats.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit bundles. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed; you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

1. Acceptance By accessing or using Overlap Chats, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Overlap Chats. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Service Overlap Chats is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the product, sharing your account, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and technology associated with Overlap Chats is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

5. User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties Overlap Chats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overlap Chats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based.
